Getting Optilink
Open the Optilink.zip file and extract it somewhere on your computer
Installing Drivers
Open the Optilink folder that you extracted in the previous step and launch the ‘Optilink Drivers’ file
Click the extract button on the window that opens, if you get an error “The requested operation requires elevation”, click OK and right click on the ‘Optilink Drivers‘ file and click “Run as administrator”
Once the progress bar completes a new window will open, click next and wait for the install to complete, then click the finish button
You can now connect the Optibike to the computer with a mini USB cable, once connected wait about 30 seconds for it to install the drivers
Running and Using Optilink
Turn on your Optibike
To open Optilink launch the ‘Optilink‘ file, once open switch to the “Debug” tab and click “List Valid Ports”
You will see one or several ports come up below the button, the correct one will typically be the highest numbered port
Type the port number into the “Com Port” box on the top left and click open
If it has connected to the bike the “Link” indicator will turn from red to yellow and you will see the bar indicators move
